The Project
The project aims to develop a quality system for Blended Learning (bLearning) and is
a Grundtvig Multilateral Project in the Frame of the LLP-Programme of the European Commission.
The lack of a concrete quality management for bLearning (and especially for bLearning courses)
is responsible for experiments in running bLearning courses; the outcome of these courses is
unsatisfying for the learners as well as for the course providers.
The problen can bo located either in formal learning as well as in nontormal learning.
The consortium - consisting of tree well-known European Universities, tree training institution and a
big private school foundation is going to develop guide lines for quality in blended Learning.
